Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will not be provided. Upon cancellation, 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 30% is non-refundable and will be retained to cover administrative, processing, and related costs.

Cancellation of order must be made two days before the intended delivery date of the order.
